A little about me…

I’ve been where you are.

I know what it’s like to doubt your worth, to pick yourself apart in the mirror, to get tangled in relationships where you lose sight of who you are. I know the exhaustion of holding it all together on the outside while quietly feeling like you’re falling apart inside.

My turning point came when I realised I’d been building my life on shaky foundations. No matter how many goals I ticked off or how “together” I looked, it never felt enough. That’s when I decided to do the deep work — the kind that rebuilds you from the inside out.

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve blended everything I’ve learned — from NLP Trainer certification, Modern Psychology, Weight Loss Coaching, and a Certificate IV in Fitness, to Counselling studies, Brain-Based Coaching, and Psychotherapy. I’ve worked with hundreds of women, helping them redesign their self-worth, reframe their body image, quiet the noise of anxiety, and create relationships and lives they’re proud to live in.

I’m not here to hand you a one-size-fits-all plan. I’m here to help you draw your own blueprint — one that fits your values, your dreams, and your truth.

My Philosophy

Self-love isn’t fluff. It’s structural.
It’s the foundation that everything else in your life is built on — your relationships, your career, your health, your happiness. When your self-worth is solid, you stop building on shaky ground. You start creating a life that actually feels like yours.
