I recommend starting with weekly or fortnightly sessions, especially in the early stages. Weekly sessions help us maintain momentum, dive deep into your goals and challenges, and make steady progress in uncovering patterns and shifting behaviours. This frequency also allows you to integrate new insights and tools between sessions, ensuring you stay on track with your transformation.
Once you’ve made some progress and feel more comfortable integrating the work into your daily life, we can transition to more time between. This can give you more time to reflect and practice new strategies while still receiving ongoing support.
Ultimately, the choice is yours, and we’ll adjust the frequency based on what feels most supportive and sustainable for your journey.

In our first session, we’ll take 60-90 minutes to deep dive into what’s going on for you. This session is all about getting a clear picture of your current challenges and goals so I can create a personalised plan to support your transformation.
After that, each session will combine therapeutic and coaching techniques to help you move from where you are now to where you want to be. Together, we’ll build a bridge of resources—like self-love, self-confidence, and the ability to set and maintain healthy boundaries—so you can feel empowered in your life and relationships.
We’ll also work on clearing any interferences that might be holding you back, such as feelings of not being good enough, all-or-nothing thinking, fears of rejection, or limiting beliefs about love and self-worth. For example, if you find yourself settling in relationships because you fear being alone, we’ll address the root of that fear and replace it with a sense of inner security and self-empowerment. Or, if you’ve struggled with saying “no” without guilt, we’ll develop your confidence to set boundaries with clarity and kindness.
Each session is designed to equip you with practical tools, deep insights, and the confidence to create the life and relationships you deserve. This journey is about breaking free from what’s holding you back and stepping into a more aligned, fulfilled, and authentic version of yourself.

Unconscious work focuses on addressing the deeper patterns, beliefs, and fears that influence your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours—often without you even realising it. Many of the decisions we make and the way we show up in relationships are driven by unconscious programming shaped by our past experiences, conditioning, and emotional wounds.
For example, you might consciously want to set healthy boundaries, but if your unconscious belief is that saying “no” makes you unlovable, you’ll struggle to enforce those boundaries consistently. Similarly, you might crave a secure, loving relationship but unconsciously fear intimacy because of past heartbreak or rejection.
In coaching, we use techniques to uncover and address these hidden patterns so they no longer control your actions or hold you back. This might include:
