How is this different to traditional therapy?

The idea behind therapy is to focus on past traumas and issues to change self-destructive habits, repair and improve relationships and work through painful feelings. In this sense, therapy focuses on the past and on introspection and analysis, with the hope of resolving past issues and creating a happier, more stable future. It's more focused on the WHY you do what you do.
NLP offers a therapy that does not require individuals to discuss their problems at length in order to provide the solution – NLP is more focused on the client fixing the problem at the unconscious level - after all that's where 95% of your life is created from!

How many sessions will it take?
Every individual and their struggles are different! On average, someone working through a fear or phobia may only see Tammy for 1-2 sessions, whilst someone working on self-love, overcoming trauma, anxiety or depression usually average around 5-8 sessions. Some people decide to continue on after they have finished working on what they originally came for and work on other issues and others simply enjoy the transformations they have made.
How regularly should I attend?
Again, this is a very personal choice and is dependant on the topic you are working on. If it's simply a business or personal goal, you might be happy seeing Tammy once a month! If it's more of a therapy related topic (like anxiety and depression) you might choose to visit weekly or fortnightly.
