A personal value of mine is ‘giving back’.   I am so passionate about the power of Coaching & Therapy — its ability to change and enhance lives for those who really want change — that I believe it should be widely available.   

I have my own journey working through a history of abuse, trauma and a "wild past" (if you're interested in that, you can read my story in the From Surviving to Thriving Guide) so I get it.  I understand the that the desire for change doesn't necessarily mean that you have the opportunity.

So maybe you're not aiming for nirvana, but the same is true for any kind of healing and self-actualisation that you strive to do.   You must do the hard work of looking inside, reflecting, and sitting with discomfort, to achieve the rewards of greater inner clarity, integrity, and power.
