Your mind & body are connected and therefore, after each other.
Well-being is about so much more than just diet and exercise (though that really does matter). It is about your physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual health. If one of these areas is dragging you down, it will no doubt be impacting the others.
Our unconscious mind is the storehouse of all of our patterns and programs, emotions, beliefs, memories etc and its main roles include running the body as well as your general instincts and habits. It is highly symbolic and cannot help but communicate with you. But are you speaking the same language?
In this workshop you will:

* Be able to communicate with the signals / signs and symptoms presented from your mind to your body
